FRIDAY, MAY 16
- 3 pm—8 pm Registration is Open in the Conference Room at Holiday Inn Express
- 7 pm—9 pm No Host Gathering— Upstairs at River Ranch Event Center
- This is next to the Holiday Inn Express on Franklin Blvd
SATURDAY, May 17
- 9 am—5 pm Free Time for Open House, various tours, lunch with renewed friendships or set up your own golf tee time
- 9 am—Noon Registration is Open at the Chapter House—1021 Hilyard
- 9 am—Noon Informal Open House of NU Chapter—1021 Hilyard
- Parking is VERY limited so use the EMX Bus service that runs from downtown Eugene to Downtown Springfield along East 11th and Franklin Blvd
- 11 am—3 pm Area Winery Tour—$30 each
- This event will involve an approximate 60 mile round trip bus tour from Eugene to a couple of renown wineries in the area. Box lunches will be provided.
- 11 am and 1 pm U of O Campus Tour—No Charge
- These will be led by U of O student ambassadors and should last approximately 1½ hours. Starting locations and sign up for times will be held at registration.
- 5:30 pm-6:30 pm Reception and No Host Bar—Lane Community College Event Center
- It is at 4000 E. 30th, Eugene. If you need Transportation, please let us know. Directions will be included in registration packet.
- 6:30 pm—10 pm Pink Carnation Banquet— $40 each

SUNDAY, May 18
- 10 am—Noon Informal Open House at NU Chapter - 1021 Hilyard
- Parking is VERY limited so use the EMX Bus service that runs from downtown Eugene to Downtown Springfield along East 11th and Franklin Blvd.
